Vigilant Technologies Inc. and Vigilant Products are separate companies with separate responsibilities and products. As of January 2001, Vigilant Products designs and manufactures all Vigilant hardware products, including those formerly available from Vigilant Technologies Inc. The major standard product lines are the PCI, PMC, and IndustryPack EncDAC boards, Resolver-to-Encoder Converters, Analog-to-Step Converters, and other PC-based I/O. The Vigilant companies also design, develop, and manufacture customized hardware/software products for OEMs.
